Bill Graham: Likeability Skills
In sales, in order to engage with your prospects and customers, and become a trusted advisor, you must first be likeable. Our members have seen Bill Graham present Likeability Skills at our Annual Meetings, and at Regional Meetings since 2009. Now, you have the opportunity to learn this skill yourself, and with your sales team as well.
The “Likeability Skills” class is delivered as a series of twenty video lessons and can be delivered to an iPhone, or other smart phone, an iPad or a PC. This class is considered a per-requisite for all other classes, but can be taken as a stand-alone class. . Instructional fee: varies according to delivery methodology and number of sales people.
